Calling all future doctors…

Hey, everyone! I'm Samrita Duvvuri, (Simi), and currently cruising (slogging) through my junior year in high school. This blog was born from a dream I've held since the tender age of six—to become a doctor.

Picture it: my future self decked out in a lab coat, stethoscope, and a beaming smile (fully clothed, of course), performing surgeries that could change lives—essentially, doing work that feels a bit like divine intervention.

That vision has propelled me onto this career path, a journey where, at the end of it all, I hope to have contributed a bit of God's work. Dreams, however, are just dreams until they're paired with a focused plan. So, that's the game plan for this blog. If you're keen on turning your medical dream into a reality, join me every week for fresh content—packed with genuinely helpful tips, personal stories, and expert advice, all customized for each step of your unique medical journey.

From the hustle of high school hallways to the serene halls of healing, this is where your professional journey takes off. Ready to make it happen? Stick around, and let's get started! :)

About Me

Hey! My name’s Samrita (but you can call me Simi) and I’m a junior in high school! I’ve had this crazy dream of becoming a doctor since I could remember! Other than this, I have many other interests, mostly involving Indian classical fine arts (I’m a HUGE music fan). Some of which include the Veena, an Indian classical instrument, and Bharatanatyam, an Indian classical dance form. I also LOVE to read (I need book recs though!) and hang out with my little sister Riya and the cutest dog in all of existence, Rambo!
